New Adventures of Old Christine

We have a tradition in the Sterling-Derr home, of winding down the evening with a fun little sit-com marathon. In the past, this has featured The Office, Cheers, Designing Women, Golden Girls, Frasier, New Girl and unfortunately…Wings. Y’all, that show has not aged well.

Right now we’re very much enjoying the New Adventures of Old Christine. We watched this when it originally aired, and we’re still enjoying it the second time around. Julia Louis-Dreyfus gets heaps of praise for her work on Seinfeld and Veep, but she’s spectacular as a divorced mom in this little gem of a show. It’s streaming now on HBO Max.
